Free survey, a fixed price in writing, and up to a 10-year manufacturer's warranty. Old boiler taken away, everything left tidy.
Landlord gas safety certificates
Your legally required CP12, booked around your tenants and emailed to you the same day. Reminders sent before it expires.
All other gas and heating work
Cookers, hobs and range cookers, gas fires and space heaters, gas water heaters, vented hot water cylinders, flue liners, heating controls, pipework and leak detection.
Domestic natural gas only — we don't cover LPG or commercial work.
